They include live razor clams (Ensis siliqua), lobster (Homarus gammarus), crawfish (Palinurus elephas), whelk (Buccinum undatum), brown crab (Cancer pagurus), langoustine (Nephrops norvegicus), oyster (Crassostrea gigas), sea urchins (Paracentrotus lividus), mussel (Mytilus edulis) etc.
